My husband spilled black coffee on our white wool carpeting on a Thursday. I didn't see it until Saturday. These guys are amazing. We have had them out twice over the past year for a couch and floors. We contemplated replacing the white couch and had other cleaners out before, but the guys at Ulrich-Bunce worked some serious magic and the couch lives on. Similar experience with the living room floor and stair runner, but we went straight to Ulrich-Bunce. High traffic stairs looked like the runner needed to be replaced. Unbelievable services at an extremely fair and reasonable rate!
